Defense Techniques
Sensible, simple reactions to typical attacks. Focus: timing, structure, distance and safe counters.
Footwork
Stand stable, move correctly, gain angles. You learn how to build pressure, get out of the line and still remain controlled.
Attack Techniques
Effective attack chains and clean transitions. Goal: put the opponent under pressure without being "aggressive".
Kicks
Wing Chun typical kicks: fast, direct, functional. Focus on distance, maintaining balance and follow-up actions.
Elbow Strikes
Short distance, maximum effect: application, positioning and transitions from the clinch or close combat situations.
Ground Fighting
Basics for realistic situations: getting up under pressure, control and simple solutions to quickly get back on your feet.
Exchange & Breaks
Scheduled breaks, time for questions and exchange with the instructors - so you really understand what you've learned.

More Than Just a Seminar
Wing Chun Family
On Saturday evening we spend a sociable evening together to get to know each other better and exchange experiences, ideas and training. Food and drinks will be provided.
Free Accommodation
You can stay overnight for free at the martial arts school. Please bring a sleeping bag. Showers are available.
Photos & Certificates
At the end of each day, there will be group photos and an official certificate of participation for every attendee.

During the breaks, you can purchase Wing Chun books, clothing, and training equipment.
